From Ilse to ChatGPT

In 2025, we will celebrate our 25th anniversary as website professionals. With over 800 completed projects, we can confidently say that our field continues to surprise us. Great successes, mixed with some “epic fails,” have made us a trusted partner for our 200 clients.

WordPress, WordPress and only WordPress

In 2017, we started BOEI 17. After years in salaried employment, we took the leap to start our own business. Why did we dive in after 18 years? The reason was simple: we wanted to provide the service our clients deserve. No matter how hard we worked, we couldn’t always deliver on our promises. With a team of eight, we tried to be everything for everyone. We took on logos and branding, websites, hosting, email, apps, and other technical projects. Spreading ourselves so thin meant we could never deliver the quality we aimed for.

We can do a lot, but not everything alone

In the first week of our existence, we made our most important decision: we would focus solely on building WordPress websites. Of course, we have experience in many areas, but we use this knowledge to advise our clients and connect them with the best partners. We also enjoy collaborating with our clients’ existing partners. More quality across different fields makes every website better.
